Drain blocked, kerb and path dropped causing flooding
Reported via desktop in the Blocked/Damaged category anonymously at 07:45, Thursday 5 June 2025
Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7664610.
This issue has been live for over 4 years, no visits, no attempt to clear. The kerb has dropped causing the water on the road to funnel onto our property like a waterfall. The public path and ramp area to the access of our property is sinking as a result. The drain is blocked. The main drain has a blockage, and when it rains causes major flooding to our driveway. Damage is now excessive to the path area. Videos available to view on visit. File too large to attach

There is a team here now, as i speak and they have only been told to do a small part of the job. They haven't been told to unblock the gully, they even said it didn't appear to be connected to anything which would explain part of the issue. They aren't here to replace the aco drain at the boundary of my property or relay the sunken tarmac. They said it needs more work to do it properly, and would confirm this in their report. This is now causing further damage to vehicles and property and is unnaceptable!
