Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7646982.

A wall has been built up to the footpath I'm sure it's also on highway verge but I hit my hand on the brick edge walking past as I talked to my wife I feel it's a danger van you look if I'm right or wrong.
