2 deep potholes near to village sign / Polopit, Titchmarsh
Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7634162.
These two potholes have been reported twice to the council in the past 4 months. The two deep large holes are positioned almost opposite each other on a single track 60mph stretch of carriageway along Polopit Titchmarsh just before entering the village when travelling from the A14.
The road is unlit at night and the potholes are difficult to see in the dark or when it is raining with the road surface wet or the holes filled with water. If hit, these potholes could potentially result in damaging vehicles and or injuring someone travelling along this stretch of carriageway (and specifically motorcyclists).
