Blocked surface water drain

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7608985.

Same problem that was reported over 6 months ago. Surface water drain is blocked pushing water up through the road which is constantly wet (ice during winter). Manhole lid gets pushed off during heavy rain flooding the road. This was investigated but no repair done. It is now listed as fixed which is not the the case.
