Investigating
Overgrown vegetation onto street
Reported via desktop in the Overgrown Private Vegetation category anonymously at 14:21, Saturday 10 May 2025
Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7549195.
I reported this to you in 2023 ( report reference number is 4848299), It is still like it today. Nothing was done about it and it still is causing problems for pedestrians 2 years later!. Also, there was a fire (see photo 3) this week (week beginning Monday 5th May). The Fire Dept. were called out to distinguish the fire in the night. Someone set fire to rubbish that had been left against the wall. A car also had its wing-mirror damaged due to the heat from the fire. It's only a matter of time before something else is set on fire. There's lots of vegetation growing from the overgrown garden. This garden and property address is 115 Wellington Street, Kettering, Northants.

Although the buddleia tree was cut back, the brambles and ivy still have not. They are still growing out over the fence and wall and onto the footpath. The brambles have thorns on them, so not safe for children or the partially-sighted...or anyone, really.
