Still cannot lower street light L1UIA to maintain it

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7539447.
The column still can not be lowered due to the tree. It has only been cut back at the bottom, the tree still bulges out at the top. The whole tree needs cutting back in line with fence line. Please can you arrange for the tree to be trimmed back thoroughly
