The landowner has put tape across the right of way and grown long grass across the line of the path. Please investigate and let me know whether this is an unauthorised obstruction of the right of way and if it is what action is being taken.

Investigation: Completed (Reported to a third party) - We can confirm the tape is not obstructing the right of way, as it is not across the legal line. We will however contact the landowner to ensure the bridleway is marked out through the grass field.
