Main carriage drain blocked with silt

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7530338.

The gullies have recently been cleaned out by highways but the carriage drain that carries the water from the gullies to Thorpe Brook is completely full of silt and the manholes are over half full of silt so the water from the highway/main road runs straight into our 3 entrances to the Pub which results in the car park and potentially the pub flooding AGAIN. This needs the carriage drain from the 1st gully on Thorpe Road to Thorpe Brook jetting/cleaning in order to take the surface water to the brook.
