Kerb edge stones at visiting area in back of Windsor gardens car parking area broken, damaged my car, health and safety issue as many in sheltered complex vulnerable and prone to falling as edge of road which is broken is also edge of pathway outside entrance doors, I’ve brought this to your attention as I am caring or someone here .
