Road surface damaged (potholes)

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7440837.

There are 2 large breaks in the road surface that are approximately 100mm deep and large enough to drop a fire appliance wheel into. they are outside 61 and 67 the Headlands. please investigate.
