You have two pedestrian potholes on the unmaintained path. These poles in a budget have not had a replacement topping in 50 years. Now we’ve had people digging up the path to lay cables that has aggravated the situation.

What about a pedestrian pothole means it’s not on the road where traffic is but where people walk and due to lack of maintenance on these pathways they are beginning to break up. Is that clear enough for you? Thank you.
