Overgrown hedge encroaching onto public footpath

Hedges and conifers believed to be from from 73 and 75 Oakpits Way are overgrown and encroaching onto public footpath, making it difficult for mobility users/ more than 1 person to pass at a time.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner/occupants. We have contacted the customer and advised them to cut back the vegetation within 14 days.

The hedges have still not been trimmed back. I believe it has been more than 14 days since the occupants of 73 and 75 Oakpits Way were advised to trim the hedges back.
What action can be taken now. People on mobility scooters or with prams / push chairs have to go on to the grass verge and people walk on the road to pass each other on this section of pavement.
