State of Footpath on Finedon Road, Ise Valley Est.

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 15:08, Fri 21 February 2025

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7168223.

I want to report about the amount of mud that has built up on the footpath and on the Finedon Road Between Ise Valley Ind Est to the Scrap Yard, i'm not reporting Potholes I can see that is beaning delt with.

I have been walking to and from Finedon to Finedon Ind Est for the last five Winters and its is Absolutely Atrocious with amount of mud on the footpath and edge of the road.

Not once over the last five years has this area of the road been cleaned. When it is raining or has been raining this mud turns to sludge and some point somebody will slip and go under a car or lorry. The amount of traffic on this road is constant all day but early mornings it is very heavy with lorries and especially construction vehicles coming from the railway lines and Industrial Estate, this morning alone i counted 20 trucks carrying gravel to wherever, I not interested in blaming anybody this mud has been building up for along time but with all this mud on footpaths and road and heavy duty vehicles there is an accident waiting to happen.

Can you please find the time to come and clean it up. it's a one off job, not to much to ask for.
