Drain possibly damaged and blocked

Drain sounds loose and and is quite low to the road level plus when it rains it fills up and just sits there; not sure if it’s draining properly or is blocked but could become an issue for the residents if it rains heavy and then floods

  • Someone came out to look at out but no further updates on when it could be repaired have been provided, the state of drain is a complete mess and the photo show that it’s doesn’t drain properly
