Diversion from Chelveston Rd being sent through Darcie Park

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7120020.

There is a road closure on Chelveston Road, between Red Kite Way and Darsdale Drive. The road closure is by Anglian Water. The diversion route has been set to go through Darcie Park. The roads on Darcie Park are unadopted by NNC, and as such it was agreed they would not be used as a diversion route.

    Good afternoon. Thank you for your enquiry. The road closure and diversion was unauthorised by the highways authority. Anglian Water have been informed they must stop works and reinstate the highway. Any further queries please contact Anglian Water
