Damage pathway leading up to our driveway 51 Loddington Road Great Cransley NN14 1PY

Reported via desktop in the Slabs - Uneven / Damaged / Cracked category anonymously at 13:54, Monday 10 February 2025

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7112746.

My husband I are looking to resurface with tarmac the pathway leading up to our driveway. It’s on an incline and believe there are services are underneath. Currently, it’s uneven, dangerous underfoot and looks a mess. Causing the car to drop down. Please advise what permissions we need to do the works. It’s it something where we pay for it or is this something that can be actioned by the council free of charge? Please note this adjoins the public footpath.
