Pothole causing damage to Listed property

This pothole has been worsening over the last 3 months, and since the rceent rain, now cars going through it splash water and gravel onto our windows and stonework. 1 West Street is a Grade 2 Listed property with protected windows, and will soon need funded repairs if allowed to continue. Please attend and repair in order to mitigate further damage.
