A previously repaired pot hole is breaking up and making a new hazard

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7109623.

A nasty pot hole was repaired about 5 months ago but it is now breaking up. This is causing a hazard and will be very dangerous. Can you please attend and repair asap. Thanks
