Blockage drainage

This drain is blocked and almost full with mud and leaves. The rain from last week (WC 27th January) saw this flood high onto the path due to the drain being blocked. This is almost outside my front door and I'd like this issue to be resolved instead of jumping over an avoidable puddle please. Thank you!
