Protruding roots causes mobility scooter accident

I have received a report of an incident last week on the High Level Path which runs parallel to Grafton Road. Negotiating the path with one person in mobility scooter, the scooter over turned on protruding roots near the top end with junction of Grafton Road And High Street.
