Non return value broken

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7007441.

There were three drains with non return valves fitted last year to prevent water from the brrok flowing back up into Mill Lane. One of the 'flaps' on the non return valve has broken away and need replacing
