Spring running over footpath in Cobbs Lane again.

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category by Terry Savage at 22:07, Thursday 9 January 2025

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6959185.

I reported this fault on ref. 6899866 and cannot believe that you stated no further action needed. This footpath is a vital link to the Priory Road estate and very busy most of the day. The water covers about a 10 yards stretch and obviously ices over in the winter making it very dangerous for pedestrians. They could also risk being hit by drivers if trying to go into the road to go round any ice as that is the main entry road to the village.
