Blocked drain now worse and flooding preventing access

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6938144.

Welfare unit can not be accessed as the drain is flooded. Water about shin height - 4-5 metres in diameter. Drain is full of soil and debris.

A Community Steward has assessed the photo/s and we can confirm that the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 13 days.

    The water may have gone, but every time it rains this is what happens. The drain in the corner is completely full of soil and needs clearing.
