Grass a complete mud mess.deep cuts made by vehicle wheels

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6908384.

Parking on grass verge has caused a complete annihilation of the large grass verge outside 145 Hinwick Road. This is unsafe for people walking or children playing
