Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6874044.
This spring has been reported for many years now and no (or little) action has been taken. On a recent previous ref. 6407258 you have said you will repair in 28 days and even said it was fixed. On that ref. when we told you it was not you said again you would fix in 28 days. Now when I have updated to ref. 6851723 you have stated not your problem and passed to Anglian Water, who in the past have said that it is not their problem either I believe? Please can you sort out between each other and someone sort it out for good?
