Remains of a broken bollard in paved area to side of 55 High Street Irthlingborough
Reported via desktop in the Slabs - Uneven / Damaged / Cracked category anonymously at 14:51, Thu 5 December 2024
Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6823709.
There is the remains of a broken bollard which is raised above the surface of the surrounding slabs therefore causing a trip hazard. It is the 2nd bollard stump to the side of the bumpy dropped kerb ( the first one is just about flush with surrounding surface) Ideally the bollard/s should be replaced as it was installed originally to prevent people parking on the Highway which people are now doing despite having to cross the double yellow lines endangering pedestrians lives as the loss of the bollards enables them access
