I walked past there the other day and absolutely nothing has been removed from any grass verges and the issue has not been fixed...
Residents on Cottesmore Avenue (NN15 6QU) House numbers: 40,43,28 & 20 have all placed wooden stakes into the grass verge outside their property, this is unlawful under the Highways Act. 1980 S149 “Removal of things so deposited on highways as to be a nuisance”. notice that some of the houses are repeated offenders with placement of obstructions many times as per FixMyStreet ref: 4530699, which never was resolved, I can forward copies of emails from Kier and Regulations via the internal complaint to NNC I made in 2023 which was never resolved
