Large tree branch obstructing the footpath

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6797479.

Caller said it was on headlands, but some people had moved into Hawthorn road as it was in the way for a lady in a scooter. But it is now obstructing the footpath in Hawthorn road.
