Large pothole breaking down AGAIN

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6796391.

Where pedestrians cross Jubilee from Lewellyn Walk, it has been fixed many times before, but breaking down again! My last report the X hadnt moved from an earlier report on Turner Road!
