Overgrown tree blocking access along alleyway

The tree is growing from land at rear of Knox Mews premises. Is very overgrown and is overhanging their boundary wall and blocking access along the communal alleyway at the rears of Knox Mews and 64 Winstanley Road. Pictures taken 20th November 2024 are attached for reference.
