Uneven Footpath in Alleyway

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6759725.

Customer advises that the footpath is very uneven with tree roots growing through. Also advises that there used to be barriers at entrance and exit of alleyway, which were removed following damage. Could these be re-instated?
