Unable to carry out routine maintenance on street light L1SBU as there is a hedge growing all around the street light. Please can you arrange for the hedge to be trimmed thoroughly especially all around the door on all sides so that we can get access to it. We did post a letter through the resident's door on 7/10/24 but the hedge still hasn't been trimmed

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the NNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
