Footpath blocked by overhanging brushes.

Elderly residents in wheelchairs and babys prames having to move on to road.

Reported before and told letters send to owners but nothing has been done. Please can this be sorted as this is now over a year.

The whole of Garston Road is a mess with weeds and brambles that have not been treated in2023 or 2024 even though reports say they get some 2 times a year.
