Crash barrier missing and incomplete signage

The A43 has had a crash barrier missing for months. The signage has disappeared / fallen and it is so dangerous as people are flying by at an inappropriate speed. It is a dangerous road and this is u acceptable. Nobody even knows what speed they should be doing. Someone will be killed. Thanks

A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location, and we can confirm that in accordance with the NNC Highways Inspection Manual, this defect does not meet the investigatory levels for a repair.
