Tree and leaf debris

Please can someone carry out an inspection on the mammoth tree outside 13 Glebe Avenue. I assisted an elderly person who had slipped on the leaves, not surprising with the uneven pathways caused by said tree. The leaves are blocking the pathways and road and clogging up the drains. The tree needs cutting back. The branches are long enough to tap the windows of the house, again causing damage and disruption. Please can someone contact me on the matter at the earliest convenience
