I’ve just witnessed someone in a mobility scooter drop onto the road instead of using the path as it’s clearly not in good enough repair for them to use.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the NNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 16 days.

  • One small section was smoothed out but the entire length of the rest of the path is crumbling still. The entire pathway around the park needs to be addressed not just sections.
