Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6671921.

There is a company (Kelly contracts) keep leaving rubbish on the grass verge and near the footpath the between lamppost and telephone pole. this rubbish consists of thin black wires and plastic bags, etc, this causing a tripping hazard to the pedestrians walking past and animals in the area, this has happened before.
