Trees blocking the light from Drayton place side of alley way

Trees on the Drayton place end of the alley way are blocking the light out . Walking from this side is almost in full darkness. Higher trees and branches need to be cut back along the end of the alley way , not just around the actual light. Pathway is very slippery and you can’t see where you are walking , especially by the manhole cover
