Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6631915.
The public footpath outside No 11 Dewar close,previously laid to grass at this point has had the grass ripped up and replaced with fake grass/carpet material. Two small, approx 10 inches high, wire ornmantal fences have been placed either end of this area,stopping continued use of the footpath.
