Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6571661.
The property next door to number 41 a few years ago installed a new block paver forecourt. This floods regularly as the driveway from the road across the Council drop kerb is almost flush with the road, and virtually every time the rain is heavy the road floods the forecourt which in turn floods the front.
