Huge crater pithoke has appeared and car infront if me went iver it and has buckled his wheel and true burst this us dangerous and needs fixing today as it is a threat to safety if a cyclist went over it they would be injured it’s really dangerous as so wide and deep needs conned off and a temporary fix today put in it

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the NNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 14.3 days.
