Potholes getting wider, deeper. Cars need to swerve to avoid

Months ago these potholes were marked to be repaired but nothing ever happened and the spray marks are gone. The potholes are expanding and deepening. The last time they fixed the potholes on Mulso road, they didn't clear the rocks and these rocks are everywhere now. Our road looks like the surface of the moon.
