Blocked drain in Orchard Place car park

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6538289.

Blocked drain very near top of alleyway slope which goes down beside Rushden Podiatry. Water not draining therefore with this rain, it threatens to flood the shops at bottom of slope.
