Investigating
Water flooding into property
Reported via desktop in the Flooding category anonymously at 13:36, Tue 1 October 2024
Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6538183.
The Old posthouse - road repairs and drainage improvements have actually made the situation worse and when hard rain falls, water pools on the road and does not drain away. Instead it comes in into the resident's property, causing mould and meaning he is needing to put sand bags down. Front door is not very high off the road, which is also part of the problem.
