Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6538103.

Path subject to heave from tree roots making path dangerous to use. User needs to use wheelchair to go along the path and this is so uneven it has become a danger. Town Council were contacted and directed customer to ourselves. Trees are in the park so may be joint responsibility.
