The whole length of this footpath is dangerous

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council 3 minutes later. ref: 6536773.

This is not safe to walk along as the path is so uneven. Someone who is not stready on thier feet could easily fall into the path of any oncoming car.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the NNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 14.3 days.

  • Despite saying completed I do not agree that it is. The path is hazardous and unfit for purpose.
