Manhole covers worn smooth

Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 08:08, Fri 27 September 2024

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6522031.

On Wollaston Road, heading up towards the recreation ground. Between Farndish Road and the bus stop. The are two manhole covers which have worn smooth, to the extent you cannot identify what service they provide access to. In wet or icy weather these are very slippery and cause wheel spins, which could easily cause a car to veer off into the other lane or the footpath. This has been this way for many years now.
