Risk of tyre damage from exposed sharp corner of a gulley drain on Gladstone Street / Rosebery Street. Needs urgent attention.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the NNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 14.3 days.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue and a works order has been raised on a routine safety inspection. The expected completion date for these works will be 29/10/24

Still not fixed. Other issues in Gladstone Street have been fixed since my report of this one. Feels very inefficient to me that the team are not completing all items in one visit.
