No road markings!

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6516159.

This junction is absolutely lethal, I was driving here the other day and I swerved into another lane by accident because I couldn’t identify my lane. You literally cannot see the road marking at all. This is an incredibly busy roundabout and very dangerous at rush hour if there is other traffic swerving across lanes. Please fix this before a serious accident ends up happening through this lack of maintenance.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the NNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 14.3 days.
