Hedge overgrown the path.

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6496433.

Hedge adjacent to footpath on opposite side of the road to Oakfield is overgrowing and blocking half of the path, it needs to be cut back to allow wheelchairs and pushchairs to get through as currently this is very difficult. It has been like this for over 6 months.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the NNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
